What is the estimated date of delivery?
Please be informed that once the order is placed it takes 1-2 business days to get dispatched from our warehouse and the dispatched order will be delivered within 4-5 business days.
How do I make an exchange?
If you are eligible for a replacement, you may notify us within 2 to 3 days from the date of delivery and send the product back to us for a replacement.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
All transaction has to be processed in INR (Indian Rupees) through RTGS, NEFT , UPI Payments. No cash on Delivery.
Why do you charge so much for shipping charges?
Actually, we have very highly competitive shipping rates in the industry, we charge shipping only for orders below 499/- Shipping is absolutely free for orders above 499/-. We take utmost care to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel.
What if there are missing items from my order?
All our orders go through 2 levels of Quality Checks before dispatching. We have the photo and video evidence of the packed items. However, if you have missing items, please do get in touch with us through email at (contactus@sahyadrisiri.com) Phone: +916362578726. We will check and revert.
Payment successful, but not received the order confirmation email/ message.
Kindly do not panic. If you have properly placed your order on our website, be rest assured, it can be surely tracked. 1. Kindly check if you have entered the correct email address 2. Sometimes, the payment may be held by the bank for reasons unknown to us. Once we get payment confirmation from the bank, the order will be successfully placed.
Can I get an extra discount?
All the ongoing discounts are available on the website only. We do not offer manual discounts. * However, you can check our wholesale slab for more offers.
